What should we do for a first date?

A great idea is to simply go for a walk. This way you can be free to move your bodies and take up more space. This can make you feel more powerful, it creates that feeling in you. You will be able to discuss heavier topics more confidently and crack jokes you might otherwise keep to yourselves. A feeling of presence enables people to move closer toward their truest selves.
Alternatively, when you're going for a coffee, it's hard to feel present because your body is squished into a small space and you're competing against the noise of your surroundings.
